“We believe that is the only way we should do that,” Steorts said.
Steorts, a nine-time battle veteran, served as an air troop unit in the US and later as an Air Force Special Operations pilot.
In 2013, he was injured from one of the developments and went into woodwork after returning from breaking “mentally and physically” breaking. During that same period, Steorts lost four friends in the battle, and his sister died in a mental health struggle.

“I wanted something patriotic on the walls of my house. It means something,” Steorts said. “I found therapy in (woodworking), and I found charity by donating to fellow widows who passed my first number of flags.
Today’s flag of Valor’s bestselling products is a wooden US flag, but the business also sells patriotic home and office decorations, awards, commemorative displays, corporate gifts, employee recognition, Christmas decorations, clothing and accessories, Steorts said.

“One of the most important things we do right now is building a memorial flag case because our heroes deserve a final resting place for flags made by veteran-owned American companies made overseas,” he said.
