Mason met Starr at the start of his two-day country “tour” at Ryman, following the release of his new country music album “Look Up,” produced and co-written by The Bone Burnett.

Strings said it was an honor to play with the stars he admired since he was young.
“I was raised with a spoon of that music. I remember when I was just a little kid, my mother showed me a ‘white album’ and playing it behind me,” recalls Strings.
Sheryl Crow joined the company with the star on stage for Lyman in January.
“It’s easy to forget that when you’re there you can play with the people you’ve been listening to,” Mason commented to Crow.
“It will never be lost to me,” Crow replied.
