Congress joint conferences and conferences are often reserved by the president and other state heads to speak priority, and is often held several times a year. Last year, three joint conferences were held, with President Joe Biden, former Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, and Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netaniyahu spoke in Congress.
The President usually gave a general document speech in February or March, but did not mention the general teaching speech in the letter of Prime Minister Johnson.

According to the Senate record, Trump spoke four times else in the Congress Committee. Until now, three of the previous speeches were for the year’s general speech, but the first speech was a speech in a parliament just one month after the first term began.
His recent speech at the joint conference was in February 2020, about a month before the pandemic of the new Coronavirus infection caused most of the country to suspend the activity and the number of deaths began to increase rapidly.
In the speech, President Trump accused him of being a member of the “rapid left -wing” and awarded the Order of the President Rush Lymbo to the conservative talk show, which is an annual speech. It was a measure. It is noteworthy that Nancy Peloshi, the House of Representatives, sitting behind Mr. Trump, has defeated his speech shortly after his remarks.
