The new litigation argues that the surveillance video has been responsible for the fatal Eaton fire in Los Angeles, California, after a lawyer may have caused a fire.
“This video draws an arc at the SCE (Edison in South California), indicating that a fire has occurred just below those sparks,” EDELSON PC. The founder Jay Edelson shares with Fox News Digital.
“With the other evidence we have gained, I believe that this video is a compelling evidence that SCE’s wrong device and insufficient decision -making have caused Eaton fire.”
Law firm lawyers argued that the edited video to point out the flame indicates that sparks will ignite and fall into the dry hill.

“I think these documents, along with the evidence of the video we have, have revealed that SCE is generally not honest,” Ederson said.
