In an interview and a reality TV show about her family, Kardashian said it was horrifying to think that when a criminal breaks into her bedroom and points a gun at her, she would be raped and killed.
“They dragged me out into the hallway up the stairs, when I saw the gun invisible like in the day,” she said on the show, “catching up with the Kardashian.” “Thinking about that makes me very upset.”
Her lawyer said She testifies directly at trialon a temporary schedule expected to occur on May 13th. The trial is scheduled to take place until May 23rd.
“Kardashian has reserved testimony from the court and the ju judges and would not want to go into further detail at this time,” they said. “She has great respect and admiration for the French judicial system and has been treated with great respect by the French authorities. She hopes that in accordance with French law, all parties involved in the case will proceed in an orderly manner.”
Originally, 12 people were expected in the defendant’s box. One of them dies and the other is seriously ill and cannot be tried. Five of the 10 defendants were present at the scene of the robbery, according to the investigation.
“Grandpa’s robbery”
The French press called them grandfather’s robbery, as the main accused were older in their 60s and 70s and bank robbers with a long criminal history.
The DNA of two of the accused was found at the scene and they admitted to joining the robbery.
Aomar Ait Khedache, now 69, is said to be the mastermind behind the robbery.
Known as “Old Omar,” he reportedly told investigators that he had no idea who the Kardashian was, but he had heard from a friend of the waiter about the incredible gem he wore while eating in Paris.

When the robbers arrived at a luxury sweets hotel known only as “no address” where celebrities were staying during Paris Fashion Week, they allegedly directed the guard to the “rapper’s wife” at the muzzle.
“Old Omar” reportedly wrote to Kardashian in 2017 when he was in custody. Her lawyer said he wrote to apologize after hearing her talk about how traumatic the experience was.
He took the hotel on his bike and, as did the other two, later met his son, who was waiting for him in a car parked at a nearby station.
Another man, 77-year-old Yunis Abbas – has publicly admitted to being a guard during the robbery.

He said he was unarmed and had not personally threatened the Kardashian, but admitted that he shared responsibility for the crime.
In 2021 he co-authored a French book entitled “I I Quarantined Kim Kardashian.”
Abbas told reporters he apologized during the trial and gave details of his role in the robbery but would not condemn anyone else.
Other defendants are suspected of providing information regarding the Kardashian’s presence in the apartment. Others have been accused of playing a role in the resale of Antwerp gemstones in Belgium.
The gang stole many gems. Only the platinum diamond cross gems lost during the suspect’s escape were recovered.
Celebrity status can be distracting from the trial
When the trial was held Monday, the accused’s lawyer told reporters outside the court that he was concerned that Kardashian’s fame would distract him from the nature of the case.
“This is a simple case of people who accept responsibility, people who regret what they did,” said Frank Burton, Khedache’s lawyer.
Another of his lawyers, Chloe Arnaud, told reporters:
Night Watchman’s lawyer Abdelamameatiki said he was tired of the suggestion that on his way to court, a robber who forced his client at the muzzle led him to lead him to the Kardashian suite.
“The people before him that day were not Robin Hood, but the criminals who were experienced and who didn’t hesitate to threaten him while he spent the night to fund his research,” he said.
