A Kentucky man is accused of drinking beer while intoxicated and causing his son to jump out of his truck and fall into a coma.
Austin Brooks, 40, was driving drunk last week in Scott County with his son and nephew in the back of his pickup truck on his way to buy more beer, the nephew told a deputy, according to WKYT.
Brooks was driving too fast as he headed toward Porter Road, especially because the road was wet, his nephew said.
