Justice Department targets Google’s search engine monopoly

The Justice Department on Wednesday filed a motion asking Google to sell its Chrome search engine, arguing in court documents that “the playing field is not level.” The Justice Department is also recommending that Google terminate its contract as the default search engine on devices such as the iPhone.
