National Geographic has released its annual “Best of the World” travel list for 2025.
Out of 25 destinations around the world, three in the United States were chosen: Ocala National Forest in Florida, Boise, Idaho, and Los Angeles, California.

Boise, Idaho, named to NatGeo’s list of cities with the largest Basque population in the United States
The Basques are descendants of Spanish and French immigrants who came to the area to raise sheep in the late 19th century.
