Passengers on the Delta Air Line Flight 4819 endured a disastrous landing experience in Toronto. The 76 passengers were hanging upside down in their seats after the aircraft had been turned over upon landing.
The four crew members were also on the plane during the collision. All 80 survived, and 21 passengers were treated in the hospital. All passengers transported to the hospital were subsequently released, the airline confirmed.
The Atlanta-based airline responded to the event by offering a $30,000 payment to each affected passenger. However, in the eyes of WNBA star Angel Reese, the five-digit total was short.

If all passengers decide to take the offer, Delta will be liable for approximately $2.3 million in total payment. The airline noted that the offer comes with “no string attached.”
