A terrifying moment occurred late in the first quarter of Sunday’s game between the Denver Broncos and the New York Jets.
Broncos running back Tyler Budde fumbled the ball after taking a hard hit from Jets linebacker Quincy Williams, leading to a Jets field goal.

Buddy returned to the sideline and collapsed. Medical professionals and running back Javonte Williams rushed to Buddy’s side. The trainers put him on a backboard and he was carted off the field.
NFL Network reported that Buddy has been diagnosed with a back injury and his return is questionable.
Buddy was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the sixth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. However, he never saw the field with the Ravens and saw his first action with the Broncos in 2022.

He only appeared in one game until the 2024 season.
Sunday’s game against the Jets was the third game he has played this year and the fourth of his career. He gained 86 rushing yards on 10 carries.
Denver came into the game with a 1-2 record after defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3.
