Defense manufacturing company Anduril has announced plans to build a large facility in the Buckeye State, promising the location will allow it to quickly ship products to the United States and its allies.
The defense company’s products include autonomous flying aircraft and underwater vehicles.
“Anduril, a leader in autonomous systems and weapons manufacturing, today announced that it has selected Columbus, Ohio, as the location for its first hyperscale manufacturing facility, Arsenal-1,” the company declared in a post on its website. .

The site is adjacent to Rickenbacker Airport and has access to two 12,000-foot runways, Anduril said.
