Virtuoso’s VP of Global Public Relations Misty Belles discusses the latest trends in the travel industry and highlights popular destinations for travelers.
Traveling through an airport to catch a flight can often be crowded and confusing for many passengers, but some airports offer a more comfortable, or at least easier, experience than others.
According to J.D. Power’s 2024 North American Airport Satisfaction Study, 60% of North American air travelers surveyed said they somewhat enjoyed their airport experience.
The study used indicators such as “ease of getting around the airport, confidence in the airport, terminal facilities, airport staff, departure/to-airport experience, food, beverage and retail, and arrival/from-airport experience” to determine how North American mega, large and mid-sized airports perform in terms of overall customer satisfaction.
