Augusta, Ga. – The moving date at Masters has arrived. There are plenty of strong pairings to mark at Augusta National Golf Club. That day is over Justin Rose, leader of 18 and 36 holes. Raising the rear along with a man who was in this position at Bryson Deccanbo before the season.
While opening three US titles, the two fight for the rights to the green jacket, but are far from the only major winners looking at green. Four-time major champion, Rory McIlroy, felt like a long time, first spotting herself in a weekend fight at the Masters. Finally he’s on his path to the first major championship of the yearThe man who only needs a green jacket to fill his major collection finds a penultimate pairing spot with Canada’s Corey Connors.
Of course, Scotty Schaeffler already has two closets, but the third green jacket may not be that far away. The defending champion has been that thick and will be the thickness of the action on Saturday along with fierce British Tyrrell Hutton at 2:10pm on Saturday.
If Schaeffler can claim his second straight green jacket (and third in the last four years), he will not only add another item to his closet, but also add a record $4.2 million to his bank account. The 2025 Masters wallet features a record $21 million prize moneyAnd that winners total is $600,000 more than Schaeffler won because he finished the 2024 tournament on the leaderboard.
